Get in quick to win a share in $150,000 worth of Rebel Sport gift cards

Sporting groups, schools and individuals throughout NSW and the ACT have until the end of next week to apply for the NRMA's Everyday Sporting Legends program and win a share in $150,000 worth of Rebel Sport gift cards.

NRMA Motoring & Services President Wendy Machin said the deadline for entries had been extended until Friday, 19 November 2010 to give communities more time to submit quality entries and update their online profiles.

"Applicants simply need to visit www.nrmalegends.com.au and create their own web page outlining their sporting story and why they deserve to win," Ms Machin said.

"Photos and videos can be uploaded to support applications with the winning teams and individuals determined by the skill, creativity and worthiness of their web page.

"It's very easy and doesn't take much time to apply, so whether you are a community football team or a marathon runner in training share your stories now before it's too
late.

"Winning a Rebel Sport gift card for yourself or your sporting team would be a great way to end the year and perhaps get some new training equipment for 2011.

"Primary and Secondary Schools, community groups and sports teams can all enter for their chance to receive a $10,000 or $2,000 Rebel Sport gift card.

"Sixty individuals who enter also have the chance to receive a $500 voucher and the team or individual who can gather the most supporters for their web page will win a
$1,000 Rebel sports pack.

"To enter you will need to submit a NRMA Motoring & Services or Free2Go Membership number with your entry."
