More than 230 NRMA Motoring & Services members attended today's Annual General Meeting in Wollongong where Members voted to adopt a new Constitution.
The resolution was passed with 94.9% votes in fovour. A majority vote of 75 per cent was required.

NRMA Motoring & Services' President Wendy Machin said the new Constitution was resoundingly passed by NRMA Members.
"We welcome the new constitution, which applies from 1 January 2010," Ms Machin said.
"It ensures NRMA keeps pace with governance best-practice and helps the NRMA mould its services to Members for years to come.
"Our members have had their say and we now look forward to implementing our vision for the future, while remaining focused on delivering the world-class service Members expect from their NRMA today."
Major changes to the constitution include:
"We will have the flexibility to appoint a special Director to the Board, if required, to help strengthen the breadth of skills to meet the challenges of the NRMA Group of businesses," Ms Machin said.
