Meet the Mobile Member Centre team

Mark Toole

Driver/Technician, NRMA Mobile Member Centre

Newly appointed to the MMC Driver role, Mark has previously worked extensively with the Safer Driving Team. He joined NRMA in 2006 as a driving instructor, then became NRMA Safer Driving School Quality Control Specialist in June 2007.

In June 2009, Mark was promoted to Safer Driving School Franchisee Area Manager. And now takes over the driver position including ongoing maintenance of the MMC. 

Andrew Mueller

Co-Driver/Technician, NRMA Mobile Member Centre

Andrew joined the NRMA Contact Centre team in December 2003 and transferred to his role with the MMC in October 2005. He provides administration support to the MMC Team while on the road and is a support driver for the vehicle fleet. He also looks after all the IT requirements when the MMC is out on the road.

Andrew is responsible for maintaining the MMC and providing valuable safety information to visitors.

David Pham

Product Specialist, NRMA Mobile Member Centre

David joined the NRMA Contact Centre team in 2002 and transferred to his role with the MMC in October 2008 following 2 earlier secondments.

David provides specialist Membership advice and manages all MMC marketing collateral with stakeholders while out on the road.

Rebecca Hasler
Regional Promotions Team Manager, NRMA Mobile Member Centre

Rebecca manages the daily operations of the MMC team, planning the calendar of events and liaising with event organisers to ensure the venue site is suitable for the truck.

Rebecca also ensures that the MMC is up to date with the latest road safety information and equipment for our Members accross NSW and the ACT.
