Over the past year, our Member satisfaction level exceeded 80%.
To make MotorServe services even better value, we introduced Member-exclusive pricing in 2011.
We also piloted NRMA’s Member experience training program. We want to excel as industry leaders who provide exceptional customer experiences.
In 2010/11 we brought MotorServe and NRMA’s Approved Repairer services closer together. Now you have more towing destinations to choose from - your preferred local car repairer, the nearest NRMA MotorServe or an NRMA Approved Repairer.
During the year we continued to bring quality car service and repair options closer to where Members live. In March 2011 we opened a new MotorServe service centre in North Parramatta. And in June we enhanced the capacity of our Artarmon service centre to cater for growing demand from lower North Shore Members.
Over the next 12 months we’ll open more service centres in metro NSW and ACT to serve you better. We’ve also expanded the number of Approved Repairers, adding new locations around NSW and ACT.
Changing demographics, new-age vehicles and a desire for more personalised service are just some trends that will affect our services in future. Watch out for exciting new developments.
