NRMA Motorfest®

NRMA Motorfest® is one of the largest outdoor displays of vehicles in the southern hemisphere and is a major part of Sydney's Australia Day festivities. The event has been running for 26 years, cementing its place as an iconic motoring event - and best of all, it's free!

In 2012, NRMA Motorfest® had something for all the family! Kids could learn all about road safety in a fun way from NRMA's Road Safety Roadbots, Norman & Norma, attendees could find out about NRMA’s work in the community, get up close with some of Taronga Zoo’s animals and get a free photo as a memento of their day. Attendees could also enter a competition to win a share in over $10,000 from the NRMA Group of businesses. And of course all of NRMA’s products and services were showcased including our new electric Roadside Assistance vehicle.

Vehicle showcase

NRMA Motorfest® attracts all types of vehicles including historic fire engines, veteran cars some over 100 years old, some rarely seen speedway cars, a collection of classic motorcycles, vintage caravans complete with vintage fittings and furniture and a large collection of ex-military vehicles, Land Rovers and other four wheel drives.

NRMA is a proud sponsor of the Australia Day Council.
