1. What is NRMA BusinessWise?

NRMA BusinessWise provides roadside assistance packages, fleet management support and business continuity solutions to businesses large and small.

Last year NRMA BusinessWise attended to 45,000 call outs and got 91% immediately back on the road. And should you suffer a serious breakdown, our case managers handle everything – from vehicle towing, to goods delivery, as well as driver and passenger transport and accommodation.

2. Who uses NRMA BusinessWise?

NRMA BusinessWise Members are organisations of all sizes, that want to take the cost out of vehicle breakdowns – and avoid the hassle and disruption that having vehicles off the road brings.

3. How does NRMA BusinessWise work?

To begin with, you simply apply for a NRMA BusinessWise Membership and pay the $85.00 (inc GST) annual fee. The Membership is in the name of your business, and Member benefits can be enjoyed by the whole business.

Then you just have to choose the best vehicle subscription package for each vehicle you need to cover.

4. Why would I need roadside assistance when my business vehicle is reliable?

The top 3 reasons Members call us don't have anything to do with the reliability of their vehicles. These are:

  • FLAT BATTERIES: 35% of all jobs – e.g. the lights have been left on or a door has been left open.
  • LOCK OUTS: 20% of all jobs – e.g. the keys have been locked in the vehicle or have been lost or broken.
  • FUEL SYSTEM PROBLEMS: 12% of all jobs – e.g. the wrong fuel has been put in the vehicle.

8. When does the NRMA BusinessWise Membership and subscription start?

These are effective the moment we receive your payment. All benefits will be available 24 hours after payment has been made.

9. In what areas does NRMA BusinessWise operate?

NRMA BusinessWise operates within NSW and ACT. If a vehicle covered by a NRMA BusinessWise vehicle subscription package breaks down in a state or territory other than NSW or ACT, we’ll ensure assistance can be provided by other motoring clubs or contractors.
