We offer a seven day a week service that operates 6.30am - 10.30pm**

Here's how it works

If your car won't start:

• Call NRMA roadside assistance on 13 11 11
• The patrol diagnoses a failed starter motor or alternator
• He gives you a fixed price quote, on the spot, for a new or remanufactured (where available) NRMA branded replacement part with a 2 year, 40,000 km NATIONWIDE warranty
• If you accept the quote, he calls an NRMA Car Electrics patrol van, manned by a qualified auto electrician, which should arrive within the hour. (If you wish to use your own repairer, towing can be arranged.)
• If you don't want the part straight away, the patrol gives you a quote valid for 14 days. You can then call NRMA Car Electrics on 13 11 22 to arrange the part to be fitted at a time and place that suits you.

• Call NRMA Car Electrics on 13 11 22 for a free quotation
• If you accept the quote we will arrange a NRMA Car Electrics patrol van manned by a qualified auto electrician to arrange the part to be fitted at a time and place that suits you.
