Need a new Member card?

Your NRMA Member card is the key to accessing your Member benefits. They're colour coded Blue to Gold to match the number of years you've been a valued NRMA Member.

What to do if you've misplaced your card or require a new one with the Show Your Card & Save logo:

  • Phone 13 11 22 and a customer service representative will order a new card;
  • Click here and complete the feedback form - you'll need to have your Member number handy and please include your current mailing address and date of birth for verification; or
  • Drop into your local NRMA Office.

Please allow up to three weeks for your new card to be delivered.

Remember: if you're travelling interstate or overseas your card must display the Show Your Card & Save logo to access the discounts and benefits.
