An NRMA Approved Repairer is an Automotive Mechanical Repairer who has been inspected by NRMA Motoring & Services and complies with our high standards of service and facilities. Your local Approved Repairer is easily recognized as they display the NRMA Approved Repairer Signage.

We take great care when appointing Approved Repairers to our Network. Your local NRMA Approved Repairer is there to assist you with motor vehicle repairs, both general and specialist.

Your local Approved Repairer can offer you a service backed by trust, honesty and you can be confident in the knowledge that your Approved Repairer comes recommened by NRMA Motoring & Services as being an efficient, reputable repairer, who offers a fair price.

• If you are in the market for a used car have the vehicle inspected and buy with confidence
• If your car is nearing the end of the manufacturers warranty period, obtain a vehicle inspection and have the manufacturer fix any problems under warranty.

We don't just appoint any repairer to the network.

We insist that before they can be considered they must:

• Have all the necessary facilities, equipment and qualified trades people to complete the repair or service to the highest possible standards,
• Be willing to abide by our  Code of Practice  (PDF 32KB/1 page) and Code of Conduct,
• Participate in annual reviews, including regular inspections of the business operation and premises. 

The NRMA Approved Repairer Network has been running for almost as long as NRMA itself. Early on, Members of the NRMA wanted recommendations for reliable repairers who they could trust to carry out automotive mechanical repairs on their vehicles.

Now there are over 250 repairers across NSW and ACT that form the NRMA Approved Repairer Network.

We're here to help you! As well as abiding by a code of conduct, in the unlikely event of a dispute, the NRMA Approved Repairer Network team is available to help. We will investigate the matter fully and act on your behalf to reach a resolution. All of our Approved Repairers have agreed to accept the NRMA as arbiter in matters of dispute with NRMA Members so you can use them with complete confidence.
