Australian Classic Car subscription FAQ

Q: When does the magazine come out in Australia?
A: The magazine is on sale every month, usually on the third Wednesday of the month.

Q: How long will my subscription take to be processed?
A: If we receive your subscription order 3 weeks before an issue is on sale, it's pretty certain that you'll receive that issue.

Q: When is each issue on sale at newsstands?
A: The scheduled on-sale date for each upcoming issue is:

Q: My subscription copy hasn't arrived. When will I receive it?
A: Making sure everyone gets their magazines on time is a priority for us. Because of our Publishing cycle, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your first issue. If this time period has elapsed, please email to our Customer Service Centre at nrma@data.com.au

Q: What is my subscription number?
A: Your subscriber number is printed on the carrier sheet of paper which comes with the magazine, directly above your name and address. It's different to your NRMA Member number.

Q: I've changed my address. Who do I contact about getting my subscription sent to my new address?
A: Please email our Customer Service Centre at nrma@data.com.au or call 1300 782 312

Q: What do I do if I miss an issue?
A: If you have are worried that you have missed an issue, please email our Customer Service Centre at nrma@data.com.au or call 1300 782 312. We'll check that we have your correct mailing address arrange a replacement.

Q: Can I order back issues?
A: Yes, a very limited number of back issues are available. You can email nrma@data.com.au or call 1300 782 312 for back issue availability. Cost is $10.

Q: I want to talk to someone about my subscription, who should I call?
A: You can email our Customer Service Centre at nrma@data.com.au or call 1300 782 312

Q: Will I get a renewal letter when my subscription is nearly finished?
A: Yes. We will send you a renewal letter to remind you before your subscription ends.

Q: Do renewing subscribers get entered into subscription competition draws?
A: Yes. Renewing subscribers will be entered into subscription competition draw valid at the time that they renew.

Q: If I order a 2-year subscription, do I get entered into the subscription competition draw after 1 year of it is gone?
A: You are entered into the each draw only at the time you renew your subscription.

Q: I haven't received my subscriptions gift yet!
A: You should receive you gift within 30 days of the subscription offer closing date, however sometimes the prize may take a little longer, depending on the volume of subscriptions that month

Q: If I order a gift subscription for someone, who does the gift card go to?
A: You can choose whether the gift card to announce your gift is sent to you, or the recipient of your gift.

Q: If I order a gift subscription for someone, do they get an entry into subscription competition draws?
A: Yes, if you order a subscription for yourself and a friend, you both go into the draw.
