Continuity assistance

In the event of a serious breakdown where it will take more than 24 hours to fix your vehicle, our dedicated case management team will go into action, organising business continuity assistance up to the value of $3,000 to keep your business moving.

Your business receives:

Vehicle transport: we will pay for road or rail transport for your vehicle/trailer to your business address, intended destination within Australia or to a mechanic of your choice.

Passenger transport:  your driver and up to 4 passengers can be transported to your business address or intended destination within Australia.

Goods transport: we will pay for transport to move your goods to the intended destination.

Vehicle rental: we will organise and pay for a rental vehicle to keep your business moving while your vehicle is being fixed.

Accommodation: we can provide basic accommodation for your driver and up to 4 passengers.
