Light Commercial ABSOLUTE

Light Commercial Absolute is a package maximum cover for larger vehicles that are critical to your business. This package provides the specialised service that these vehicles may need; plus business continuity. It is suitable for vehicles 3.5 to 12 tonnes GVM.

Breakdown support

Light Commercial Absolute is designed to minimise the impact of a breakdown and save your business time and money. 

Your business receives:

24/7 Roadside Assistance: Absolute cover means you'll receive help when you need it, even if your vehicle's lights have been left on and the battery is flat. 

Lockout help: if the keys have been lost or are locked in your vehicle, we can help.

Up to 50km free towing in metro areas: helps you take the cost out of breakdowns. In most cases we'll get you to your repairer without any cost to your business.

Free towing in country areas: back to the town of the attending NRMA Country Service Centre

Up to 100km free towing in remote areas: so you won't be stranded no matter where you are.

Roadside assistance and towing for your trailer: with Absolute cover your trailer will receive the same benefits as your vehicle.

Free tyre changing service (with own equipment): if you have a flat tyre and have a spare we can help you get back on the road with minimum downtime.

Business Continuity assistance

In the event of a serious breakdown, our dedicated case management team will go into action, providing up to $3,000 worth of assistance to keep your business vehicles moving. 

Your business vehicle receives:

Vehicle transport: we will pay for road or rail transport for your vehicle/trailer to your business address, intended destination within Australia or to a mechanic of your choice.

Passenger transport: your driver and up to 4 passengers can be transported to your business address or intended destination within Australia. 

Goods transport: we will pay for transport to move your goods to the intended destination.

Vehicle rental: we will organise and pay for a rental vehicle to keep your business moving while your vehicle is being fixed.

Accommodation: we can provide basic accommodation for your driver and up to 4 passengers.
