Volunteer Rescue Association
NRMA Motoring & Services (jointly with NRMA Insurance) has been a proud sponsor of the Volunteer Rescue Association (VRA) since 2001.
The NSW VRA dedicate approximately 340,000 hours each year to search and rescue operations for emergencies resulting from storms, motor vehicle and industrial accidents, bushfires and more. They assist police, fire, ambulance and civil defence to provide rescue services to country areas in NSW and provide primary response rescue coverage to more people outside the Sydney/Newcastle/Hunter areas, than any other service.
In recent years, NRMA has helped fund vital rescue equipment such as hydraulic cutters which are used to expedite trapped people in motor vehicles, and provide added funding for promotion and education of this vital emergency service.

CareFlight
CareFlight is a non profit helicopter medical retrieval service that operates in Western Sydney and regional NSW. It provides emergency medical assistance, intensive care and conducts search and rescue missions.
NRMA Motoring & Services proudly supports CareFlight through provision of a purpose built truck to transport their rescue helicopter simulator around the state for educational and fundraising activities.
