Open Road Competition Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter the competition and claim the prize forms part of the conditions of entry.

2. Employees of NRMA Motoring and Services Group, Insurance Australia Limited and their related entities and companies associated with the prizes and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Only card-holding members of NRMA Motoring and Services who reside in NSW and the ACT are eligible to enter the competition.

4. Unless otherwise indicated competitions commence July 1, 2008 and entries must be received by August 31, 2008.

5 a.Unless otherwise indicated where entries are submitted by telephone, entries will be drawn at 10am on September 2, 2008 at Information Dialling Services, 52-60 Ashford Ave, Milperra.

   b. Unless otherwise indicated where entries are submitted by mail, entries will be drawn at 10am on September 2, 2008 at Australia Post, 10 Ralph Street, Alexandria, Sydney.

   c. Unless otherwise indicated where entries are submitted by SMS, entries will be drawn at 10am on September 2, 2008 at Information Dialling Services, 52-60 Ashford Ave, Milperra.

   d. Unless otherwise indicated where entries are submitted by internet, entries will be drawn at 10am on September 2, 2008 at NRMA, 9 George St, North Strathfield, Sydney.

6. Unless otherwise indicated in the case of competitions where more than one method of submitting an entry or multiple entries is allowed, the entries will be drawn at the locations and times for each method of entry, as set in clauses 5a - 5d above. The entries then drawn will be combined in a final draw at 11am on September 2, 2008 at NRMA Open Road, 9 George Street, North Strathfield, Sydney.

7. The winners for each competition will be notified by telephone and/or a letter sent on the day of the prize draw and his/her name published on the NRMA website by September 18, 2008.

8. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

9. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will not be accepted.

10. The promoter is National Roads and Motorists' Association Limited ABN 77 000 010 506 trading as NRMA Motoring and Services.

11. The Promoter, its employees and agents will not be liable for any claims, loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) damages, costs and expenses, incurred, arising out of or any way connected with this promotion and/or prizes except for any liability which can not be excluded by law.

12. In the case of a dispute the decision of the Promoter will be final.

13. In the event the winner is unable to be contacted or there are any unclaimed prizes within 3 months of the draw, a re-draw will occur at 11am on December 2, 2008 at NRMA Open Road, Level 23, 388 George St, Sydney.
