Helping People Awards 2008 terms and conditions

1. Nominations close on Friday 30 May 2008. Entries received after this time will not be entered into.
   
2. Recipient charities or organisations must have DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status.
   
3. Any additional support material must be print material only (ie. photos, letters, newspaper articles). 
   
4. All nominations and supporting information become the property of NRMA Motoring and Services upon submission and cannot be returned.
   
5. This competition is organised by National Roads and Motorists' Association Limited ("NRMA"). You agree that NRMA and its related group of companies may use any photographs, comment, materials or contact details used as part of this initiative, in NRMA's website, in NRMA's magazine "The Open Road", any of NRMA's other publications, in paid media advertising and editorial and in any way that NRMA deems fit. The use of these may include (but is not limited to) publication, display reproduction and distribution. 
   
6. Nominations must be for an individual, not an organisation.
   
7. Only residents based in the NSW and ACT are eligible to be nominated.
   
8. All age categories for nominees must be correct as of 2008.
   
9. The decision of the judging panel is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
