NRMA Alternators

Our alternators meet the highest industry standards and come with a 2year/40,000km (whichever comes first) nationwide warranty.

1. brackets:

  • Machined to OE specifications.
  • Checked for defects.

2. rectifier:

  • Fully load tested with "Durst Diode" tester.
  • Replaced with OE specification rectifier.

3. rotor:

  • Bench tested for shirt and open circuits.
  • Coated in xylene based electrical insulating
    varnish for re-insulation purposes.

4. stator:

  • Bench tested for shirt and open circuits.
  • Coated in xylene based electrical insulating varnish
    for re-insulation purposes.
  • Stator leads re-insulated.

5. slip ring:

  • Replaced or machined to OE specifications.

6. bearings:

  • Automotive bearings used.
  • Fully sealed.
  • 100% replaced.

7. pulley:

  • Checked for wear.
  • Replaced if needed

8. threads:

  • Checked and cleaned.

9. regulator:

  • 100% replaced.

10. all units:

  • All units are fully bench and load tested prior to packaging.
