1. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions of entry.

2. The Promoter is National Roads & Motorist's Association Limited, trading as NRMA Motoring & Services, ("Promoter") ABN 77 000 010 506 of Level 2, 9 George Street, North Strathfield NSW 2137 Phone (02) 8741 6000

3. The promotion commences on 27 July 2007 and closes on 30 June 2008. It is to be comprised of 4 draws for the prizes described in condition 6 ("Draws"). The dates of the Draws are to be on 1 October 2007, 2 January 2008, 1 April 2008 and 1 July 2008. All entries received at the time of the Draw will be considered.

4. Entry is open to persons over the age of 18 and current Members of the Promoter who are permanent residents of NSW and the ACT. Employees of the Promoter, Insurance Australia Group and companies and agencies associated with this promotion including any prize producers and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.

5. To enter the promotion Members must complete and submit their entry form to Win Your NRMA Holiday, P O Box 1026, Strathfield, NSW, 2135 or enter on-line at www.mynrma.com.au/travelcompetition. Only one entry per person will be permitted. All non-winning entries go into back into the next Draw. All entries will go into the Draws that will take place at 11.00am (EST) on the dates indicated in condition 3 at the premises of the Promoter.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to decide on the validity of entries. The first valid entry drawn from the total entries for each Draw gets to choose one travel prize from the 4 travel prizes listed below:

1. 16 day Roam Thailand trip (code ATRT) with GAP Adventures for 1 person including return flights from Sydney to Bangkok, accommodation, tour leader throughout and 16 meals and 16 days travel insurance. Total prize value $2,650.
   Or
2. one (1) Gold Coast family holiday package including return flights to Coolangatta ex Sydney Airport, 4 night's family accommodation, 5 days full-size car hire, Warner Village Theme-Parks Fun Pass and Australian Outback Spectacular tickets for 2 adults and 2 children. Total prize value $3,620.

3. 12 day NRMA Commemorative Tour to Vietnam for 1 person, including flights from Sydney, sole use accommodation, local guides throughout, sightseeing including a visit to Long Tan Memorial and 17 meals and travel insurance (subject to surcharge if pre-existing illness or aged over 70). Total prize valued at $3,989.

4. 6 day Red Centre Experience. Experience the best of Central Australia on the 5 night self drive holiday for 2 people including accommodation, car hire and return flights. Enjoy the best in outback dining with 3 unique dinners including the award winning Sounds of Silence. Total prize value $3,700.

The winner will be notified in writing using the details provided in their entry by the 3rd business day after each Draw. Only the winner will be notified. The winners will be published at www.mynrma.com.au/travelcompetition.

7. The prize is valid for one (1) year from the date of the Draw. If travel is not completed in the specified time, then the prize will be forfeited.

8. All components of the prize selected must be taken together. All prizes are subject to availability and are not transferable. Travel Insurance is not included unless specified. Travel Prize does not include meals, spending money or transport to and from departure and arrival points - unless specified. All other ancillary and travel costs are the winner's responsibility.

9. The prize value is correct at the time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.

10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.

11. The Promoter, its employees, contractors and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with the promotion and/or prizes, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Entry information will be collected and used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the promotion. By participating in the promotion, the winners consent to the use of their name and their winning entries by the Promoter for promotional and marketing activities. Entrants' personal information may also be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.

13. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, vary or suspend the promotion subject to any written direction given by the various lottery departments.
