Premium Plus – Cover for a range of vehicles with a GVM weight of up to 10 tonnes. Only available to Premium Care package for an additional $122.

Anytime, anywhere, peace of mind

With full breakdown and accident assistance anywhere in Australia and generous towing allowances, Premium Care looks after you on and off the road.  

Designed for those who drive over 20 km from home or those with a 4WD or SUV up to 3.5 tonnes, Premium Care gets you where you need to go. 

Premium Care includes:

  • Unlimited callouts no matter how many times you need us, Australia-wide, 24/7
  • 9/10 problems fixed on the spot* or we'll tow you, your car (and your trailer) to someone else who can
  • Help if your keys are locked in or you run out of fuel
  • Flat tyres changed on the spot
  • Up to $100 towards a locksmith
  • Flat batteries jump started or we'll arrange replacement
  • Car hire if yours is out of action far from home
  • Accommodation after a major breakdown or accident
  • Transport home for you and your passengers
  • 50km of free towing in metro and country areas, or towed to an NRMA Country Service Centre near-by
  • 100km of free towing in remote areas
  • Taxis if your car needs to be towed: up to three times a year, up to $50 each time
  • Free 6-point Vehicle Health Check of windscreen, tyre tread, oil, battery, charging system and water
  • More4Members discounts including Thrifty car rental, Travelodge Hotels, car servicing at NRMA MotorServe and more
  • Caravan/ trailer Roadside Assistance and minor repairs.  

Premium Care is designed for those who regularly drive over 20km from home or those with a 4WD or SUV up to 3.5 tonnes, and provides you with accident and full breakdown assistance anywhere in Australia and generous towing allowances.

Major Breakdown Assistance

For those times when you're over 100km from home and your car's going to take more than 24 hours to fix, we'll organise your accommodation, car rental, car transport and passenger transport home - and cover up to $3000 towards the cost.

Accident Assistance

Accidents happen, but if you're over 100km from home and it's going to take more than 24 hours to get your car moving again, we'll organise and pay for your accommodation (up to $300 for the room) while you wait for it to be repaired, and for the rail or coach tickets home for you and your passengers.

** Please be aware that to receive Roadside Assistance on your motorbike and/or scooter, you must add it as a separate vehicle on your membership.
