SsangYong - the Korean vehicle manufacturer - with the odd sounding name has relaunched in Australia.
Better known here for its range of peculiar looking vehicles, including such gems as the Stavic and Chairman, SsangYong has just launched its first new model in three years: enter the Korando.
Ready to go almost two years ago, the new compact SUV had to cool its heels until a buyer was found for the Korean company. Mahindra, the huge Indian automotive conglomerate, bought a controlling interest of 70 per cent. The wheels started turning again in January this year.
