More about TechnoPush

Welcome to the NRMA TechnoPush Kids' Design Challenge.

TechnoPush is an exciting program where students, teachers and the  local community work together to research, design and construct a vehicle - a push cart - to detailed specifications to ensure it is safe and built using sustainable principles.

The NRMA TechnoPush Challenge is part of Kids' Design Challenge and involves a day at Eastern Creek in Sydney where students test their carts over a range of courses and deliver presentations on the research and design activities they undertook.

In 2012, students are now able to participate in TechnoPush online.

In previous years, only schools which were able to travel to Sydney to test their carts at the event were able to participate in TechnoPush.

Now, schools can participate in TechnoPush online using a range of digital technologies. This means that all schools, irrespective of the size or geographical location can provide their students with opportunity to learn in this hands-on manner.

TechnoPush is a unique opportunity for students to solve real life problems in a team environment and have fun while doing so.

The TechnoPush testing day will be held on Wednesday, 15 August 2012 at Eastern Creek Raceway.

NRMA is proud to support the TechnoPush Kid’s Design Challenge and through this initiative aims to provide a fun and educational experience for school children in which they learn about road and vehicle safety.
