The tuners are already coming out of the woodwork to tweak Land Rover’s DC100 Concept and at the head of the queue is iconic British styling house, Project Kahn.
The company’s designers have already begun working on Kahn treatments of the new Defender, and are showing four different examples on its website.
To be launched under the Kahn Expedition Vehicles brand, these vehicles feature the kind of refinements which make Project Kahn’s bespoke vehicles so sought-after in Europe.
The design proposals look to create speedier, bespoke and still hard-core off roaders which retain their off-road roots while adding a dose of luxury and individuality.
The variety of designs show their willingness to cater to every customer’s desire, while remaining refined and seeking to sympathetically tweak already high-quality products.
Inside will be the expected bespoke touch. According to the website: “We provide our customers with the opportunity to express one’s individuality. And they can have whatever they want.
"We could, for example, design for you a vehicle with an exterior the colour of your shirt and an interior the same shade of your living room. The choice is yours.”
