Simply enter keywords into the search field on the homepage. You will then be taken to a list of all the products that match your search criteria.

I'm checking out but wish to remove a product?

Can I ship to a different address other than my own?

How do I know if the product I want is in stock?

Under normal circumstances, all products shown on the Online Shop are available for immediate purchase. In the unlikely event that a product you have purchased is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via phone or email with an alternative or an estimated arrival date of stock.

Why doesn't the colour name on the product match the image on my screen?

We use the internationally recognised W11 colour palette to try and match the product as closely as possible to the description we receive from the manufacturers. Why doesn't the colour name on the product match the image on my screen?

We use the internationally recognised W11 colour palette to try and match the product as closely as possible to the description we receive from the manufacturers.
