The Queens Room is a grand ballroom, and, with the largest dance floor at sea, is a stunning room with a Hollywood Bowl style bandstand canopy complimented by two crystal chandeliers, comfortable armchairs and is used for dancing, cocktail parties and afternoon teas.
Visiting Illuminations, a full scale planetarium at sea, is a must. In one of 150 very comfortable reclining seats, you can lie back and watch one of the five outstanding 20 minute programs. A dome will lower, and suspended over you whilst computers will take you out of this world. This show is in demand so we highly suggest you book this in advance.
Britannia Staterooms (Inside, Oceanview, Club & Deluxe Balcony)
All staterooms will feature a half bottle of bon voyage wine, satellite TV in multi-languages, refrigerator, safe, bathrobe & slippers, nightly turndown service with chocolates, hair dryer and daily shipboard newspaper. Inside and Oceanview staterooms are both approximately 159 square feet whereas Club and Deluxe Balcony staterooms are approximately 248 square feet. Beds can be arranged in a king-sized or twin bed configuration.
Princess Suites (Grade P1-P3)
There are only 76 junior suites available and the beyond the facilities of the Britannia Staterooms, the rooms are 381 square feet in size. Each has a lounge area, large private balcony and marble-clad bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. All Princess suites are located on deck 10. Guests staying in Princess Grill Suites also enjoy single-seating dining in the exclusive Princess Grill restaurant on Deck 7. They also have extra amenities including: concierge service, bon voyage bottle of wine & fresh strawberries, daily fresh fruit, personalised stationery, atlas, pillow concierge menu and priority embarkation.
Queens Suites (Q5-Q7), Penthouses & Duplexes
These suites boast 506 square feet in space, with finishing touches of fresh flowers and books, beyond the features of the Princess Suites. A butler will be available to look after any of your intimate travel requirements whilst ensuring the bar is constantly stocked with spirits, wines and soft drinks. Pre dinner canapés will be delivered daily and you’ll also have the freedom of in-suite dining from the Queens Grill menu if you’re not inclined to visit the Queens Grill Restaurant. All Queen Suite, Penthouse & Duplex clients also have exclusive use of the Queens Grill Lounge and private sun terrace.
Penthouse (Q4)
There are six penthouse suites and they are 758 square feet in size. They have a living and dining area, large private balcony, bedroom and dressing room with master, marble-clad bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower.
Royal Suites (Q3)
These two suites have the most commanding views over the ship’s long bows. They consist of a bedroom with master bedroom and ensuite, a separate living/dining area and a second bathroom with a shower. The suites are 797 square feet in size.
Duplexes & Suites (Q2)
The Queen Elizabeth Suite and Queen Mary Suite are a huge 1,194 square feet in size and both located just under the navigation bridge with good views over the ships long bows. There are living and dining areas, with an expansive private balcony.
Grand Suite (Q1)
The largest stand alone accommodation can be found in the Balmoral and Sandringham Duplexes at 2,249 square feet in size. These are located aft in prime real estate territory, with superb views along the entire length of the ship. Upstairs is a bedroom with wood-framed king bed and large balcony. Downstairs is a living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table and writing desk. These are two marble bathrooms with spa bath and separate showers, toilet and bidet and two wash basins.
