Board The Sunlander for your journey to the Whitsundays. Once you are settled, why not make your way down to the Club Car to meet fellow travellers, or just sit back and enjoy the passing scenery. (D)

Day 2: Arrive Proserpine
After your overnight journey arrive into Proserpine this morning with a connecting coach transfer to Airlie Beach. Check into your accommodation, located within walking distance to the shops and restaurants.

Day 3: Island Cruise
Visit two Whitsunday resort islands in one day on this fully guided tour. You'll see the region's beautiful islands and bays as you cruise the waters of the Whitsundays and then have time to explore or relax at each resort. Day 6: Proserpine to Townsville
This morning join the Tilt Train and travel to Townsville. Take a guided city sights tour before heading north to explore the southern end of the World Heritage Listed Wet Tropics Rainforest. Your tour will explore the Paluma Range National Park before heading to Hidden Valley. (B,D)

Day 7: Wallaman Falls
Spend a full day exploring the Southern Hemisphere’s highest sheer drop waterfall. At over 300m, Wallaman Falls is a must see natural wonder. A picnic lunch is included and will be enjoyed at this natural wonder Depart Wallaman Falls travelling though Ingham returning Mt Fox. (B,L)

Day 8: Hidden Valley to Townsville
After breakfast take your transfer to back to Townsville where you have the remainder of the day at leisure to explore Townsville and the local attractions. (B)

Day 9: Townsville to Cairns
Board The Sunlander this afternoon bound for Cairns. Be met by your courtesy resort transfer at Cairns. (B,L)

Day 10: Green Island Cruise
Cruise to Green Island - a stunning coral islet surrounded by white sandy beaches, magnificent coral reefs and abundant marine life. Explore the local coral reef with a glass bottom boat tour or use of snorkelling equipment. (B)

Day 11: Kuranda, Skyrail
Experience the famous Kuranda Scenic Railway. Wander through Kuranda's market stalls and visit Rainforestation Nature Park. Take an amphibious Army Duck Rainforest Tour, Tropical Fruit Orchard, Pamagirri Aboriginal Tour and show. Enjoy a BBQ lunch followed by the Koala and Wildlife Park. Return to Cairns on the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. (B,L)

Day 12: Daintree, Cape Tribulation
Explore the Daintree and Cape Tribulation wilderness area by 4WD. Learn more about the region at the Daintree Environmental Centre. Take a walk along the beach at Cape Tribulation, join a calm water cruise of the Daintree River, stopping at Mossman Gorge. (B,L)

Day 13: Depart Cairns
