Australian Outback Spectacular

Experience Australia's Outback and be part of the show

There is no place on earth like the Australian outback... and no show on earth like Australian Outback Spectacular! It's an experience steeped in courage, tradition, a daring spirit and a unique, laconic sense of humour. A unique and exciting evening dinner show filled with outback music, drama and action. It captures the grandeur of the Australian outback, bringing it to life with spectacular audio and visual effects.

The atmosphere is electric, as every twist and turn of the show features a cast of larger than life characters, magnificent horses, stampeding cattle, camels and an array of rough and ready bush vehicles - even a helicopter! All of this is accompanied by a stirring musical score composed especially for the show, as well as popular country music composed and written by country music legend Lee Kernaghan.

Stockmen and women will serve up a gourmet Aussie feast with beer, wine or soft drink. You'll start off with a tasty mixed Queensland salad mixed with tangy mango dressing and rolled in a flat bread swag… this will be followed by barbecue tenderloin beef steak with rich gravy, seasoned with Kakadu plum sauce and served with garden vegetables and Australian Damper, then it's finished off with traditional baked Pavlova with Queensland berries and country cream and Bush Billy Tea! For vegetarian guests, mains will consist of a Ratatouille mix of capsicums, onion, zucchini, egg plant, chopped tomato and fresh herbs mixed with a bush tomato sauce, served in a camp oven pot and topped with pastry.

Parents now have the choice of choosing prime beef sausages over steak as an optional meal choice - just for kids!

Special dietary variations can be accommodated for guests requiring options to the standard menu based on medical advice. Please advise at time of telephone booking.
