Sail 10 blissful nights through the Mediterranean on this palacial, five masted sailing ship, the Star Clipper from Venice to Athens.

Step aboard and discover a new age of sail, while enjoying the the most stunning destinations the old world has to offer. Highlights include: the pearl of the Adriatic - the Croation island of Hvar; the region's rough diamond - the stunnning Montenegran port town on Kotor; and the mythical Greek island of Mykonos.

The Star Clipper carries 170 guests in pampered comfort and is 115 metres long, offering more outdoor space per passenger than most conventional cruise ships and leaving you more room to relax.

The vessel features open-seating dining in an elegantly appointed dining room, a convivial indoor-outdoor Tropical Bar and Piano Bar, and an Edwardian style library with a Belle Époque fireplace. Local performers are invited onboard to entertain guests with local music and arts.

Dine to the highest standard with simple continental or expansive full breakfasts and exquisite buffet lunches of seafood, salads and grilled favourites. As the sun sets, settle in for a sublime fine-dining experience designed by the ship's head chef, complemented by a selection of fine wines. If the day includes a stop at an island, you might also be treated to a succulent outdoor barbecue on shore.

Like a fine resort, all the amenities are on board: double bed or twin beds that can be converted to queen, marble bathroom, private safe, television with in-cabin video, DVD player, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer and comfortable furnishings. The decor is tastefully traditional.

Categories 3, 4 & 5: 11 square metres
Category 1: 14.5 square metres
Owner’s Cabin: 22 square metres

Note: Cat 3 cabins on the Clipper Deck may be slightly smaller than Cat 3 cabins on the Commodore Deck.
