Did My NRMA replace what was previously known as NRMA Blue?

Will all NRMA Blue offers migrate to My NRMA?
We will keep some of our most popular NRMA Blue benefits and explore exciting new partnerships that will bring more value for our members. You can view all offers available under My NRMA membership here.
How can I access my Member benefits?
You can use the My NRMA app to access all your member benefits, request roadside assistance and more. You can also use your NRMA membership card to access your member benefits except for fuel and dining discounts - you'll need the My NRMA app for those.
Do members need to download a new app for My NRMA?
Yes you need to download or update to the new My NRMA app to access all of the updated benefits, breathtaking travel inspo, and new ways to get involved.
What are the new features in the app?
- A fresh, new design that makes navigating the app quicker and simpler.
- A wallet section (at the top of the home screen) where you'll be able to find your Ampol Fuel discount QR code and NRMA membership card.
- You can also browse opportunities to volunteer and get involved in communities across Australia, thanks to our partnership with GIVIT.

What is Members best price?
Members best price is one of our member perks, and it is our guarantee to members that they will always get the best price with us when they purchase selected NRMA products and services at the time of booking, compared to non-members or purchases completed via third party operators. In the unlikely event a third party offers cheaper prices on NRMA products and services, we will match that price if it aligns with our Terms and Conditions. For further details, see our T&Cs.
What is Members flexible cancellation?
Members flexible cancellation is one of our member perks, that allows members to have the most flexibility to cancel bookings they have made on NRMA owned accommodation, car rental and marine products and services. For further details, see our T&Cs.
What is GIVIT and why has the NRMA partnered with them?
We were first introduced to GIVIT when we both were helping with the clean-up of flood-ravaged NSW Northern Rivers communities. They host a unique online platform connecting the generosity of Australians like you with support groups, grassroots charities, and local governments. All the organisations they work with – currently over 4,500 across the country – are genuinely working to help people, communities and causes in need.
The great thing about this partnership is in the many ways you can personally make a difference. Right now, you can search for current volunteering opportunities, or offer to donate your time and unique skills either on the ground or remotely. Just download or update to the latest version of the My NRMA app, head to the Community tab and tap Get involved.
And volunteering is just the beginning. We’re working together to open up more ways for you to help out through the donation of household goods and necessities, money and vouchers, and to give you the ability to share your thoughts on how we can better support the causes you care about.
How do I use the My NRMA app to volunteer?
If you’re ready to offer your time and skills to a worthy cause, you can get started right away on the My NRMA app. Simply download or update to the latest version of the app on your phone or tablet, head to the Community tab and then tap on Get involved. From there you can take a look at current volunteering opportunities, or leave some details to offer your time and skills to causes and groups that are a good fit for you.
