The value of the eGift Card will be based on the contract length you have signed up to. One year Premium Care/Premium Plus = $50 and 2 or more years Premium Care/ Premium Plus = $100. Capped at the first 5 subscriptions.

2. You don’t need to choose your reward straight away. After you sign up to Premium Care or Premium Plus, you’ll receive detailed information on how to choose and redeem your eGift Card via email within 3 working days.

All communication will be via email, so it’s important that you give us your email address. Emails will be come from Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd, who are the supplier contracted by the NRMA for this promotion.

3. There is a quick two-step process to redeem the eGift Card.

Step 1 – You will receive an email within 3 working days from Edge Loyalty. Edge Loyalty is our partner whom we use to fulfil eGift cards related to reward campaigns. Edge Loyalty adheres to our service level standards and privacy policy in relation to your personal information. The value of the card is based on the Promotion Offer terms. This email will contain a unique code required to register. The unique code is valid for 60 days from date of issued.

Please note: if the code is not used within the specified time, the code will be void and a replacement code will not be issued.

Step 2 – You will then receive another email within 5 working days from Edge Loyalty. This email will contain your reward code. The reward code is valid for 60 days from date of issued.

Once you receive your reward code you can chose between 1 of 4 eGift Cards list above. Once the selection is entered, the choice of eGift Card will be email immediately based on eligible value.

Please note: if the code is not used within the specified time, the code will be void and a replacement code will not be issued.

4. You will receive an email containing a link to download the eGift Card. The link can be opened on a web page or immediately downloaded as a PDF. You can then print the PDF or open the email attachment from your mobile device for quick access when shopping at participating stores.

5. The eGift Card and any unspent value expire 6 months from the issue date. It is not reloadable or redeemable for cash. We will not replace lost, stolen or deleted eGift Cards.

6. All queries relating to the eGift Card including questions around the reward code can be answered by Edgy Loyalty. We have a dedicated customer service team to handle all questions relating to the redemption of the eGift Card.
