What is your shipping policy?
Goods are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, your order may be delayed. On some occasions, particularly with a popular product, demand may exceed supply. At IVE Group (formerly IVEO and also the Blue Star Group) we have a policy of ensuring we have adequate stock to cover consumer demand, but occasionally there may be a slight delay or unavailability.

Why aren't there any maps?
We've carefully curated the online store to stock all kinds of keepsakes that we think you'll love. From hats and bags to water bottles and tshirts, we've sourced items for your enjoyment. And though we have produced maps in the past, unfortunately they don't tick the above box for inclusion in the store. If you’re after something that celebrates our history, we have some great items on offer, from tshirts showcasing early Patrols to commemorative car badges and more.
