About NRMA Blue

If you're an existing Member, you'll automatically get NRMA Blue at no additional cost from launch. For existing Members with roadside assistance, NRMA Blue will continue to be a completely free enhancement to your Membership.

We’ve added more ways to save, plus added lots of helpful content and tools on the new and exclusive my nrma app to help you every day, and on your every journey.

Unfortunately not. Part of being a mutual organisation means that NRMA Membership is a minimum 12 month contract. But the benefits are that all profits go back to you, the Members. If you do decide to cancel your Membership, you'll need to pay for the remainder of your current term.

We collect your details for the purpose of Membership. All your data is stored and managed according to our strict privacy policy, which you can access here.

Yes, once you've logged into the my nrma app, all your Membership details are ready to go and all your benefits are ready to be enjoyed.

You can join online at nrma.com.au/join or download the my nrma app from the App store or Google Play and follow the prompts.

You can still use your Membership card just like before with partners like Repco, for online pre-purchased offers and in new places such as Manly Fast Ferries. However, to redeem the new Caltex offer of up to 5 cents per litre on fuel, you will need to download the new my nrma app that includes your unique code, and present it at participating locations as this is the only way the participating Caltex can process the discount. And the app also gives you access to find cheap fuel and parking, local guides across the country and more.

Your Membership is only getting better. With NRMA Blue, you'll now have access to even more benefits and savings on a huge range of products, services and discounts that will help you every day, and on every journey.

Other than that, everything else stays the same - if you've got roadside assistance, your cover won't change; your years of tenure and voting rights will remain intact; and we value your Membership as much as ever in helping us with important work in the community, planning for the future of mobility, and lobbying the government on behalf of all road users and commuters.

There is no change to your Gold Membership status, tenure and voting rights.

Yes, you can still use your Gold card just like before with partners like Repco, for online pre-purchased offers and in new places such as Manly Fast Ferries. However, to redeem the new Caltex offer of up to 5c/L on fuel, you will need to download the new my nrma app that contains your unique code and present it at participating locations. And the app also gives you access to find cheap fuel and parking, local guides across the country and more.

Discounts for Gold Members with roadside assistance cover remain unchanged. For Gold Members previously holding our Club Care product, please visit mynrma.com.au/gold.

Whilst our roadside assistance is second to none, it is not merely a service from a company - it is the original Member benefit of our mutual organisation. All the benefits of NRMA Blue come at no extra charge to those with roadside assistance - they are simply a way to give even more benefits to our Members, and bring more value to you every day

This is a personalised membership just for you, however there are a number of benefits in NRMA Blue that you can experience and enjoy with the whole family. Remember that you will need to log into the my nrma app using your individual membership number to access the benefits. The Caltex fuel offer is linked directly to your individual membership so this is not transferrable.

You'll need to log into your online account to update your details, or you can do so using the settings area in the my nrma app.

Yes, all our Members have automatic access to NRMA Blue, with all of its added value and savings such as free nights at a range of great hotels in various locations and discounts on fuel at Caltex.

However when it comes time for you to renew, you will need to renew onto NRMA Blue or take up a roadside assistance package that includes NRMA Blue. That way you'll continue to benefit, and help us to provide great initiatives in education and helping those in need, right through to championing the cause of all road users and commuters to all levels of government.

For starters, the NRMA group of businesses has grown, and this will benefit Members with enhanced offers such as a free upgrade on top of the 15% discount at Thrifty, 20% off Manly Fast Ferry Eco Hopper tickets, to free night offers at our Holiday Parks and Resorts, TFE Hotels including our very own Travelodge Hotels and Hotel Kurrajong, right around the nation. Then there's our new partnership with Caltex, giving you up to 5c per litre on the pump price of fuel at participating locations. We've also added a range of handy new tools and guides to the my nrma app, which is now exclusively for Members.

As an existing NRMA roadside Member there will be no change to your tenure or voting rights. With NRMA Blue we are simply adding more great benefits exclusive to our Members.

If you'd like to access all the benefits of NRMA Blue without taking up roadside assistance, you can do so for only $5 per month ($60 per year if you choose to pay upfront).

Yes, you can simply use the new my nrma app as your Membership details will be displayed there.

When you open the app, you'll be asked to update to the latest version via the App store or Google play. Then you'll need to log in using your mobile number or Membership number in order to keep using the app and get the most from your NRMA Blue member benefits.

Yes, you can request roadside assistance as well as track your patrol van.

We've made many upgrades to the my nrma app and have decided that it, along with the benefits of NRMA Blue, should be reserved for the exclusive use of our Members. You can still choose to join online or by following the prompts at app login, then you'll have access to the app and all the other benefits.

The app is easy to install. Follow these simple steps.

Compatible smartphones include Apple iPhone 5 and above with iOS 9 and above, or Android with operating system 5.0 and above.

Unfortunately the new my nrma app isn't currently available to business Members. But the good news is, you can still find information on fuel prices and parking whenever you need it, and use all the other Member benefits you now enjoy.

Your fuel discount is available at participating Caltex service stations only. Woolworths locations are not participating in the offer. You can find a list of participating locations here.

Yes, you can redeem some of your benefits online. Some can only be redeemed in person, such as with Caltex, Repco and Manly Fast Ferries.

To redeem the new Caltex offer of up to 5 cents per litre on fuel, you will need to download the new my nrma app, show your unique QR code, which you'll find in the Membership card section of the app, at participating locations.

No need, just have the my nrma app or your Membership card handy. Your Caltex fuel offer can only be redeemed via the app, so you'll need to download the my nrma app to your smartphone.

You don't need to enter your Membership Number when you book online, simply show your Membership card or your Membership details available in the my nrma app at the front desk.

A pink slip needs to be requested at time of booking the service online, or when dropping off your car into the car servicing centre. This is not available for mobile car servicing.

There are no limits on your usage other than a daily fuel limit of one redemption per day capped at 120 litres at participating Caltex service stations. Terms and conditions around each offer can be found at mynrma.com.au/blue-terms.
