Which membership can I cancel?
Only your My NRMA trial membership via our 1 month free offer is eligible for cancellation within the first 12 months. Any other My NRMA membership or Roadside Assistance membership is not eligible for cancellation before the renewal due date.
How do I update my contact details online?

To update your details on your membership you’ll need to register (https://www.mynrma.com.au/auth0/Auth0%20Redirect?action=register) or sign in (login.mynrma.com.au/signin).  Sign into self-service account using your email address and password or your mobile/date of birth/postcode.

Click Edit your details now, or the ‘My profile’ section to view and update your contact details, phone, email and mailing address.

Note - your title, name, and date of birth are not options you can edit online as this alters the details linked to the setup of your membership.  

How are my credit card details stored?
The NRMA complies by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The NRMA does not store or retain your credit card details. Instead, we store a token which does not contain any actual credit card information. This token is then sent to our payment merchant who will process the recurring monthly payment. 
What is My NRMA Rewards?
My NRMA is a membership product that rewards members with thousands of partner benefits and exclusive perks. As well as helping them explore the best of what Australia has to offer and connect them to communities across the country to get involved and make a positive difference.

 

✝Offer is My NRMA Membership for $0 valid for customers who have booked an Initial Lesson or Purchased a Learner Lesson Voucher Package in the last 12 months with NRMA and who currently are not a Member of NRMA and have no active subscription(s). One My NRMA Membership is offered per eligible customer. Not valid for existing Members with an active Membership. Total minimum cost of $0 for the first 12 months. After the first 12 months, the option to continue with My NRMA is at your discretion, at $5 per month over 12 month contract or $60 per year.  My NRMA does not include Roadside Assistance. This offer is valid from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

**The saving is based on a 55L tank, and filling 27.5L a week. The saving is achieved by stacking all available discounts at participating Ampol Foodary. The 5 cents per litre discount applies to Premium fuels and includes Amplify Premium Unleaded 98, Amplify Premium Unleaded 95, Amplify Premium Diesel; and 4 cents per litre on Regular fuels and includes Unleaded, E10 and Diesel. Spend $30 or more in one transaction at Woolworths supermarkets and scan your Everyday Rewards Card to save 4c per litre on fuel at participating Ampol Foodary locations. NRMA customer must spend $5 or more in-store on shop goods in a transaction at Ampol Foodary, excluding tobacco and gift card purchases, to unlock another 4c per litre. Discount only available to NRMA members on their subsequent fuel transaction and cannot be redeemed during the same transaction that qualified the NRMA member for the discount. Discount applies for Regular and Premium fuels (excluding LPG). Discount is valid for 28 days from qualifying shop spend transaction.

^Based on ordering takeaway at least once per month over 6 months and receiving a discount of 25% off the bill each time (with a maximum of $25 off), to save $150 in total. The same member who also redeems their dining benefit for 2 fine dining experiences over 6 months could save 25% off the bill each time (with a maximum of $50 off), which would equate to a savings of $100. The combined savings on takeaways and fine dining experiences represents a total of $250 saved over 6 months.

#Based on an average weekly shop of $200. Using Woolworths Supermarket eGift Cards with a 4% discount, that’s a savings of $8 per shop, over 6 month period, that’s a saving of $208.
