Is my fuel discount only available at Caltex?
Your fuel discount is available at participating Caltex Star Mart and The Foodary service stations only. Woolworths locations are not participating in the offer. You can find a list of participating locations here.
Are all the previous benefits still available?
Most benefits will still be included, and there are several new ones you can enjoy. However, there are a few partners that we've said goodbye to. You can find a full list of partners and offers here, or head to the A-Z section in the benefits section within the my nrma app.
Can I use my smartphone for all the benefits?
Yes, once you've logged into the my nrma app, all your Membership details are ready to go and all your benefits are ready to be enjoyed.
Can I book and redeem my benefits online?
Yes, you can redeem your some of your benefits online. Some can only be redeemed in person, such as with Caltex, Repco and Manly Fast Ferries.
I've lost my Membership card. Can I still redeem my benefits?
Yes, you can simply use the new my nrma app as your Membership details will be displayed there.
