Our extensive fleet of Patrols are on duty 24 hours every day so that when you run into trouble, we'll be there. For Members broken down at home there is an automated, self-service option. Simply Press 3 Enter Membership number Confirm personal details (for security purposes) System reconfirms the breakdown location is your registered address Select vehicle requiring roadside assistance System provides an estimated time of arrival For an update on estimated time of arrival or to cancel Press 2 Please note you can opt to speak with a Customer Service Representative if HELP is required.
