2024 Annual General Meeting

The 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited (the NRMA) was held virtually on Friday, 8 November 2024. There were no resolutions for Members to vote on at the meeting.

2024 Annual Report

The 2024 Annual Report is available. Our Annual Report is our chance to report on our performance and achievements over 2024 and outline our strategic direction.

The Annual Report communicates how the NRMA creates value for our members, our business and our community. It also contains the Financial Report, the Directors’ Report and the Auditor’s Report for the financial year that ended on 30 June 2024.

2024 ESG Databook

In addition to the Annual Report, the NRMA has published an ESG Databook for financial year 2024, which discloses NRMA's performance against key metrics related to the impact we have on our People, our Environment and our wider Community. The ESG Databook is intended to be a companion to our Annual Report, providing data to suppor the disclosures and stories highlights throughout the document.

Receiving member communications

If we have your e-mail address, we will send any notices of general meetings (including the Annual General Meeting (AGM)), other Member communications including for Director Elections and important service communications in relation to your Membership by e-mail.

However, you can elect how you would like to receive certain documents, including Annual Reports, notices of AGMs, other documents relating to meetings of Members and your Membership renewal statements.

You can make a standing election or one-off request to receive some or all of these documents in electronic or physical form. You can also elect not to be sent any Annual Reports.

No matter what your election, you will be able to access Annual Reports and notices of any upcoming AGM on our website.
