To maintain a sustainable and high level of service in the face of rising operational costs, however, we’ll be implementing a price increase on roadside assistance and Add-on subscriptions from 6 September 2023.
This means that the next renewal you receive after this date will reflect the updated pricing. To minimise the impact on members, there will be no change to package inclusions.

Why is the NRMA increasing prices for roadside assistance?
As a member-owned organisation, we work hard to keep price changes to a minimum. To keep delivering the same high level of service in the face of rising costs, however, we need to increase pricing across roadside assistance and Add-on subscriptions.
When will the new pricing take effect?
For new business members joining or existing business members adding a new subscription to their membership, the pricing is effective from 6 September 2023. This means the next renewal you are issued after this date will show the updated pricing. For existing members that have received their renewal statements prior to this date, we will honour all renewals at the price they were issued.
How will the price of roadside assistance and add-ons change?
Prices for the following subscriptions will increase by a few dollars each: Assist, Absolute, Light Commercial Assist, Light Commercial Absolute, BW Tow Plus, BW Windscreen Plus, BW Key Plus.
How do I check my package inclusions or make changes?
You can check the roadside assistance tab on our website www.mynrma.com.au/business or call our business team on 1300 369 349 during business hours (Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5pm) to discuss or make any changes to your business membership. If your membership is account managed, please contact your Account Manager directly.
