Why is the NRMA increasing prices for roadside assistance?
As a Member owned organisation, we work hard to keep price changes to a minimum. In the past few years, we’ve invested more in Patrol training and fleet maintenance. To keep delivering the same high level of service in the face of increasing costs, we need to increase pricing slightly across select subscriptions. This is the first price update since October 2015.
When will the new pricing take effect?
For new business Members joining or existing business Members adding a subscription, the pricing is effective from 13 October 2019. This means the next renewal you receive after this date will show the updated pricing. For existing Members that have received their renewal statements prior to this date, we will honour all renewals at the price they were issued.
How will the price of roadside assistance subscriptions change?
Prices for the following subscriptions will increase by a few dollars each: Assist, Absolute, Light Commercial Assist, Light Commercial Absolute, BW Classic Care, BW Premium Care, BW Premium Plus, BW Basic Care, BW Traveller Care, BW Tow Plus, BW Windscreen Plus, BW Keys Plus, BW Pets Plus.
Are there any changes to my subscription inclusions?
No, all inclusions remain the same.

You can call our business team on 1300 369 349 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8.30am to 5pm) to discuss or make any changes to your business Membership. If your Membership is account managed please contact your Account Manager directly.
