With many years of experience working in team environments and in one on one roles for senior management, Carol is a skillful and clear communicator at all levels. She is professional and a highly organised individual who takes pride in her work. Her aim is always to deliver the best possible result. Carol is friendly, caring and approachable. She is able to adapt her teaching to suit every individual.
Ben became an NRMA driver training instructor in January 2009.
His focus is on developing independence amongst his students and has obtained great satisfaction over the years seeing his student's progress to become safe, independent drivers.
Patrick has been a driving instructor for 6 years and in keeping with his personality, has developed a relaxed and friendly style of teaching.
Patrick's main aim is that his students feel comfortable, safe and relaxed not only during the learning to drive journey but also when they have their licence. Patrick structures each lesson according to the needs of the individual student.
Karen has been a driving instructor for 5 years. She prides herself in always maintaining strong relationship with her customers who return to her as an instructor time and time again.
Karen says: "I see myself as a practical, natural teacher with great patience. I always like to make sure the students understand. I am always inventing different ways to explain even the simplest concepts. I find I learn lots from my students as well and I love the end result, seeing a confident, skilled and safe driver obtaining their licence."
As an NRMA-trained driving instructor, Jackie finds it extremely satisfying to teach his students how to become safe and competent drivers.
Jackie enjoys sharing his knowledge and understanding of low risk driving techniques and communicating the importance of safe driving to his students. He has a relaxed and patient manner which creates a calm learning environment which assists in achieving good driving outcomes.
