James Walford

James was a Driver Tester with Service NSW until making the switch to Instructor in 2024. Equipped with his experience, James brings a wealth of valuable knowledge to each lesson and can quickly and accurately assess the needs of his students.

James understands that everyone learns at their own speed and the importance of breaking down complex driving tasks into simple fundamentals. He aims for his lessons to be informative, easy to understand, and to effectively address each learner’s individual needs.

James takes great pride in the development of his students along their driving journey, from their first time behind the wheel to preparing for their licence test and beyond.

Maria Trikaliotis

Maria joined NRMA Driver Training in 2013 and is a highly skilled and popular instructor. Maria believes that establishing a good rapport with customers is the key to passing on the knowledge and skills of safer driving in a way that will remain with them for a lifetime. Maria also values good communication and customer service and will work with each learner to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Mark Barclay

As a previous Service NSW driver tester, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and prior experience to every driving lesson with his students.

Mark understands that everyone learns at their own pace, and he ensures that lessons are structured and delivered based on the individual needs of each student. Mark also prides himself on teaching safe driving practices and enjoys seeing the development of his students to become capable, confident drivers.
