12 months free Roadside Assistance Offer

The promoter is National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited, trading as NRMA Limited ABN 77 000 010 506 of Level 13, 151 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter or the NRMA).

The Offer

This Offer is available to non-NRMA Members who are part of the Ambassador program by invitation only located in NSW/ACT only (Eligible Customer).

The Offer provides Eligible Customers a discount as per Table 1 below on a 12 months subscription on Everyday Care or Complete Care or Ultimate Care (Eligible Subscription Package) off roadside assistance on the annual subscription fee (NRMA Roadside Assistance Promotional Package).

Eligible Customers can take advantage of the NRMA Roadside Assistance Promotional Package one time only and during the promotion period only – as per below.

Fees for the NRMA Roadside Assistance Promotional Package are detailed in Table 1 below. Prices are correct at the time this Offer commences.

Promotional Period

The Offer is valid from 25 August 2026 to 30 November 2026 (Promotional Period).

NRMA reserves the right to terminate the offer at an earlier date at its discretion.

Exclusions

This offer is only available to Eligible Customers and excludes:

a) All new NRMA Members who are not part of the Ambassador program and did not receive communication to take to the offer from NRMA for roadside subscription package
b) All existing NRMA Members including but not limited to My NRMA Rewards, My NRMA Lite, NRMA Gold Members, NRMA Gold Life Members, Classic Care Members, Premium Care Members, Premium Plus Care Members, Everyday Care Members, Affiliate Free2go Members, Affiliate CMO Members, Business Motoring Members and NRMA Members on Go Bundle Packages, who have recently renewed their membership prior to the Promotional Period, or are due to renew their membership during the Promotional Period;
c) to new and existing NRMA Members who take up the Multi Vehicle Discount offer;
d) to new and existing NRMA Members who take up the Motor Value Bundle offer;
e) NRMA members who cancel their membership during or just prior to the Promotional Period for the purpose of taking advantage of this offer; and
f) “Join on Road” and “Join and Go” subscription packages that are entered into, renewed, added-on or upgraded at the time of breakdown or use with any other promotional offer.

How to take up the Offer

This Offer must be taken out and paid for in full during the Promotional Period as per invitation details.
