The promoter is National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited, trading as NRMA Limited (ABN 77 000 010 506) of Level 13, 151 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“Promoter” or “the NRMA”).
The Offer
This Offer is available to Employees and Volunteers of Landcare NSW and the Landcare Enabling Program who are non-NRMA Members located in NSW and ACT only (“Eligible Customer”).
The Offer provides Eligible Customers a 30% discount as per Tables 1 and 2 below on a 12 month subscription on Everyday Care, Complete Care and Ultimate Care (“Eligible Subscription Package”) off roadside assistance on the annual or monthly subscription fee (“NRMA Roadside Assistance Promotional Package”).
Eligible Customers can take advantage of the NRMA Roadside Assistance Promotional Package one time only and during the period of 13 December 2024 to 30 June 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
Fees for the NRMA Roadside Assistance Promotional Package are detailed in Tables 1 and 2 below. Prices are correct at the time this Offer commences.

Exclusions
This offer is only available to Eligible Customers and excludes:
(a) NRMA Members on both monthly and annual option of roadside subscription package who are not located outside of NSW and ACT who are not employees or volunteers of Landcare NSW and the Landcare Enabling Program;
(b) NRMA Members who have:
(i) renewed their NRMA Membership seven days prior to the Promotional Period; or
(ii) are due to renew their NRMA Membership during the Promotional Period, and
an NRMA Member includes, but is not limited to the following Members:
• My NRMA Rewards;
• NRMA Gold and Goldlife;
• Classic, Everyday, Premium and Premium Plus Care,
• Free2go and CMO Affiliate,
• Business Motoring;
• [Traveller Care]; and
• Go Bundle; and
(c) NRMA Members who have taken up the Multi Vehicle Discount offer or Motor Value Bundle offer;
(d) NRMA members who cancel their membership during or seven days prior to the Promotional Period for the purpose of taking advantage of this offer;
(e) Non-NRMA Members who have entered into, renewed, added-on or upgraded subscription packages at the time of breakdown including “Join on Road” and “Join and Go”; and
(f) use in conjunction with any other offer.
