My NRMA offer terms and conditions

The promoter is the National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited ABN 77 000 010 506 of 
Level 13, 151 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter or the NRMA).


The Offer
This offer is available non-NRMA members who received an invitation directly via car dealership based in NSW and ACT after their recent vehicle purchase (Eligible Customer) on My NRMA annual subscription only (Eligible Subscription Package);

The Offer is 12 months free on the cost of My NRMA valid for the first 12 months. 

Note offer is not available on all Roadside Assistance subscription packages. 

Eligible Customers may take up the Offer once only.

The Offer is only applicable on annual option of the Eligible Subscription Package purchased. Not applicable on monthly payment term for the first 12 months.
After the first 12 months, no further discounts will apply on the subscription price. All prices detailed on table 1. Prices correct as at the commencement of the offer.

Option to renew and continue the My NRMA subscription is at the discretion of the Member.
Option to change to the monthly payment plan at $5 per month over 12 months is also at the discretion of the Member.

Promotional Period
Offer valid from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (Promotional Period).

Exclusions
This offer is only available to Eligible Customers and excludes:

1. NRMA members on both monthly and annual option of My NRMA Rewards who are not located in NSW and ACT, and who did not receive the invitation directly from their car dealership to take up the offer
2. All NRMA Members who have:
1. renewed their NRMA Membership seven days prior to the Promotional Period; or
2. are due to renew their NRMA Membership during the Promotional Period, and
3. All new NRMA Members on My NRMA Rewards Membership packages;
4. all existing or prior NRMA Members with an active or lapsed subscription, for both My NRMA Rewards and/or roadside subscription.
5. new and existing NRMA members who take up the Multi Vehicle Discount offer;
6. new and existing NRMA members who take up the Motor Value Bundle offer;
7. NRMA members who cancel their membership during or just prior to the Promotional Period for the purpose of taking advantage of this offer; and
8. existing Members who “Add and Go” subscription packages that are entered into, renewed, added-on or upgraded at the time of breakdown or use with any other promotional offer;
9. New Members on the My NRMA offer who have not downloaded or updated the My NRMA app.

How to take up the Offer
This Offer must be taken during the Promotional Period and only available via the invitation eDM.
