My NRMA Rewards Competition 2025

General

By participating in the My NRMA Rewards Competition 2025 (Competition), you will be deemed to have:

• accepted these Terms and Conditions; and
• expressly consented to our use of your personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and other related communication and privacy legislation for marketing and other NRMA business purposes.

The promoter is National Roads and Motorists Association Limited, trading as NRMA Limited ACN 000 010 506 of Level 13, 151 Clarence Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoter).

The Promotion commences between 10am (AEDT) and 1pm (AEDT) 10 December 2025 and ends after 1pm (AEDT) on 10 December 2025.

Entry is open to Australian residents only who are aged 18 years or over, and are current NRMA members, are opted in to electronic marketing, and have a valid email address recorded in the Promoter’s customer records.

How to Enter

To validly enter the Competition, entrants must during the Entry Period:

1. Complete and submit the online entry form in the My NRMA App, providing the correct answers to all clues discovered in November.

Entrants can only submit one (1) valid entry form.

All entries, once submitted, become the property of the Promoter.

This is a game of skill and the successful participant will be the first to correctly answer and submit the online entry form which will be made available on 10 December 2025. The Promoter’s decision is final (subject to oversight of a scrutineer if required by applicable laws) and no correspondence will be entered into with losing and/or ineligible Participants.

Eligibility

Employees of the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and their immediate family, and any person involved in the management of the Promoter and their immediate family, are prohibited from taking part in the Competition.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence, and NRMA membership status) and to disqualify any entrant who submits invalid, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries, or tampers with the entry process.

Determining and Notifying Winners

The first eligible entrant to submit the correct answers will be deemed the winner.

Entries will open via an entry form on the My NRMA Rewards app on 10 December 2025. The entry form will be made available any time between 10am (AEDT) and 1pm (AEDT) on 10 December 2025. NRMA has full discretion when making the entry form available on 10 December 2025.

The Promoter will notify the winner by email using the details linked to their NRMA membership number, and their name and postcode will be published on www.mynrma.com.au (unless they request otherwise).

Winners who cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the Determination Date using their recorded contact details will be disqualified and their prize forfeited.

Prizes

There is 1 prize to be won. The total prize is valued at $2,000.00.

The Prize consist of:

• $2000.00 to be distributed as VISA gift cards

All prize values are in Australian dollars.

Personal Information and Privacy

The details contained in each Participant’s entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which is available at www.mynrma.com.au. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.

Participants can contact the Promoter’s Privacy Officer if they would like details of the personal information about them held by the Promoter, or to exercise any of their rights under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth):

Limitation of Liability

Subject to any applicable law that cannot be excluded, the Promoter is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) in relation to:

• any technical errors or equipment malfunction;
• unauthorised access to or interference with the Competition;
• entries that are late, lost, altered, deleted or misdirected; or
• any tax or other liability incurred by a Participant in relation to participation.

The Promoter may modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition without liability if necessary.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
