What’s an eSIM?
It’s a digital SIM you install on your phone by scanning a QR code. Most phones made after 2018 can work with an eSIM. Once you’ve installed yours, it connects to partner networks overseas. It helps you avoid expensive roaming charges, gives you the flexibility to choose data packs for your destination, and makes it easy to manage your usage without surprises.
There’s no physical SIM to swap, and you can keep your main phone number active for calls and SMS. Each phone is different, so be sure to check your phone is compatible and not locked to a network.
