You’ll still enjoy the same great roadside cover you’ve always had, along with access to our range of exclusive Member benefits.

Are there other products that offer monthly payments?
Monthly payments are available for our three consumer roadside assistance subscription packages. Monthly payments are also available for add on products as well that are attached to your roadside subscription.

Prices listed apply for all Members: 

Tow Plus: $1.17 per month
Windscreen Plus: $1.50 per month
Keys Plus: $2.83 per month
Pets Plus: $4.08 per month

And don’t forget, your Membership is much more than just great roadside assistance. You also get access to exclusive Member benefits and savings across a wide range of motoring, travel and lifestyle products and services.
How do I switch to monthly payments?

You can easily switch to monthly payments during your renewal. You’ll be sent a renewal notice via email or post one month before your renewal due date.

Once you receive this notice, you can log in online to set up monthly renewals from your credit card by following a few simple steps.

Alternatively, our Membership team can help on 13 11 22 (8am-8pm, 7 days a week) to set up a monthly direct debit from either a bank account or credit card. We accept both Visa and MasterCard, and if you wish to make the switch online, just make sure you do so before your renewal date.

Why do I have to provide a valid email address?

To add a vehicle to your account, click the link below and follow the instructions provided.

Once you make the switch to monthly payments all notifications about your Membership will be sent via email. It’s more environmentally friendly and it means you’ll never have to worry about things getting lost in the mail.
 
Even if you renew your Membership annually, you can still choose to have your notifications emailed to you. Log in to your online account to update your details.
How many payments will I need to make?

Once you switch to monthly payments you’ll be charged a direct debit from your nominated account every month, on the monthly anniversary of the first payment, or the next business day. The first monthly payment will occur on the same date that monthly payments are set up.

There’ll be 12 equal monthly installments over a 12 month period. After 12 months your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you tell us otherwise before your renewal date.

Can I take up monthly payments for less than 12 months?

All our subscription products are for a minimum 12 month period. Choosing monthly payments allows Members to pay for their subscription over 12 equal installments throughout that period. For this reason we do not offer monthly payment subscriptions for less than 12 months.

Why are monthly payments more expensive than renewing annually?
Our monthly payment option is slightly more expensive due to the administration fee involved in processing twelve payments per year, rather than one. The good news is, both new and existing Members who choose monthly payments enjoy the convenience and peace of mind with continuous coverage and hassle free renewals.
I've sold my vehicle, can I cancel the Membership?
Yes, you can do both. If you choose to cancel you’ll have to pay the remaining balance owing on your subscription – if there is any – before we can complete the cancellation.

If you’ve replaced your vehicle with a new one, or have another vehicle that isn’t covered for roadside assistance, we can transfer your existing subscription to that vehicle.
