Roadside assistance pricing update

Like many organisations, our operating costs are rising. We understand that many of our members are feeling the pressure of the cost of living, and we’ve worked hard to keep any changes to a minimum.
To continue delivering the trusted roadside assistance and support you rely on, we’ll be updating our prices. We’ve kept increases as small as possible across our packages and add-ons. You’ll see the new pricing reflected in your renewal notice from 17 September 2025. Thank you for your continued support, it means a lot to us.
To help minimise the impact of this update, there won’t be any changes to what’s included in your roadside assistance package or your standalone My NRMA Rewards membership. Members with roadside assistance will continue to enjoy My NRMA Rewards, giving you access to thousands of benefits, designed to ease living costs and add even more value to your membership.
You can check your current roadside assistance cover, add-on subscriptions, or update your payment method at any time via your online account.
