2025 Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of National Roads and Motorists’ Association Limited (the NRMA) was held virtually on Friday, 7 November 2025. There were no resolutions for Members to vote on at the meeting.

2025 Annual Report

The 2025 edition of our Annual Report, with information on the strategic direction of the NRMA, FY25 performance, outlook and more, is now available.  

The Annual Report describes how the NRMA creates value for our members, our business and our community. It also contains the Financial Report, the Directors’ Report and the Auditor’s Report for the financial year that ended on 30 June 2025.

Receiving member communications

If we have your e-mail address, we will send any notices of general meetings (including the Annual General Meeting (AGM)), other member communications including for Director Elections and important service communications in relation to your membership by email.

However, you can elect how you would like to receive certain documents, including Annual Reports, notices of AGMs, other documents relating to meetings of members and your membership renewal statements.

You can make a standing election or one-off request to receive some or all of these documents in electronic or physical form. You can also elect not to be sent any Annual Reports.

To update your communication preferences, please go to mynrma.com.au/signin, and in the menu under your name click on ‘Email subscriptions’ and scroll to ‘Corporate communications’ and ‘Membership communications’.

No matter what your election, you will be able to access Annual Reports and notices of any upcoming AGM on our website.
