Update to pricing on roadside assistance and add-ons

With ongoing cost-of-living pressures, we work hard to protect our business members by keeping prices down. However, we are not exempt from rising operational costs, which is why we unfortunately need to implement a price increase. This update ensures that we can sustain our high-quality roadside assistance service across Australia’s largest network and continue showing up for our members.

The new prices take effect from 17 September 2026. After this date, new business members and existing business members who receive a renewal or add a new subscription to their membership will be charged the new pricing. If you’re an existing member who received your renewal statement prior to 17 September 2026, we will honour the renewal at the original price as issued. 

This pricing update includes the following products: Assist, Absolute, Light Commercial Assist, Light Commercial Absolute, Taxi Assist, BusinessWise Basic Care, BusinessWise Classic Care, BusinessWise Premium Care and BusinessWise Premium Plus.  

Prices for roadside assistance add-ons will increase by a few dollars each. These include: Tow Plus, Windscreen Plus, Key Plus, BusinessWise Tow Plus, BusinessWise Windscreen Plus and BusinessWise Key Plus.   

No, all inclusions remain the same. The Annual Membership Fee will also remain the same.

This price update only applies to the roadside assistance provided by the NRMA (National Roads and Motorists’ Association). NRMA Insurance will always notify you directly of changes to any policies that you hold with them.

Yes, all memberships and subscriptions that are purchased for 3 years of coverage are eligible for a 5% discount.
