Roadside assistance pricing update

As always, members remain at the heart of everything we do. With many feeling the pressure of rising living costs, we work hard to keep price updates to a minimum. Unfortunately, faced with rising operational costs including fuel, on road costs, and the costs to run our distribution network, we’ll soon be increasing prices on our roadside assistance packages and add-on subscriptions. This necessary update will help to ensure that we continue delivering the highest level of roadside assistance – and greatest value to our members.
The updated pricing comes into effect on 10 September 2024 and applies to all roadside assistance and add-on subscriptions with renewal dates from 22 October 2024 until 21 October 2025. There’s nothing you need to do, you’ll simply see the updated price on the next renewal you receive after September 10.
To minimise the impact of this update, there will be no changes to roadside assistance package inclusions or standalone My NRMA membership. All members with roadside assistance subscriptions still enjoy access to My NRMA with thousands of benefits to ease the cost of living and help you get more value from your membership.
You can check your current roadside assistance cover, add-on subscriptions, or update your payment method at any time via your online account.
