Using Post Billpay to renew membership
To renew your membership in person at any participating Australia Post outlet with Post Billpay, you'll need:
- Post Billpay barcode: Find it on your renewal statement. Follow the steps below to download it.
- Payment method: Check the amount due and bring cash, a cheque, EFTPOS, a credit card or a debit card.
Pay via Post Billpay
Step 1: Sign in to your online account.
Note: If you haven't signed in before, you'll have to register for an online account.
Step 2: Navigate to your document. This is where you’ll find a digital copy of all your renewal statements.
Step 3: Press ‘View’ next to the most recent renewal statement at the top of the list. The statement will download to your device.
Step 4: Open the downloaded statement and find the Post Billpay barcode at the bottom of page 1.
