Roadside Assistance Add-ons for business

Tow Plus, Windscreen Plus and Key Plus are available to purchase with Passenger Assist, Passenger Absolute, Light Commercial Assist, and Light Commercial Absolute.

Windscreen Plus is already included with Passenger Absolute.

Yes. Waiting periods apply before you can use your add-on benefits:

• Tow Plus: 48 hours
• Key Plus: 7 days
• Windscreen Plus: 7 days

Add-ons as an included benefit in the subscription package:

• Windscreen Plus included with Passenger Absolute: 48 hours

Waiting periods start after purchase and payment has been received and processed by us. Add-ons cannot be purchased to cover an event that has already occurred.

Tow Plus gives you an extra 10km of towing in metro and serviced country areas in NSW and the ACT, on top of your eligible towing entitlement.

It does not apply in Remote Areas, and additional towing beyond your entitlement will be charged at commercial rates.

Windscreen Plus includes one complimentary front windscreen chip repair per Subscription Year, plus:

• 50% off additional repairable chips repaired at the same time
• 30% off subsequent repairable chips
• 30% off windscreen replacements

Conditions and exclusions apply, including for OEM glass and accident-related damage. Windscreen Plus is included with Passenger Absolute.

Key Plus provides up to $500 including GST per Subscription Year in the event of an emergency, towards an NRMA-arranged locksmith service if your nominated vehicle's keys are lost, stolen or broken.

This can include up to two replacement vehicle keys per locksmith call-out. Costs above the $500 limit are payable by you.

No. Add-ons can't be purchased to cover an event that has already occurred.

For example, you can't purchase Key Plus after losing your keys or Windscreen Plus after your windscreen has already been damaged and use it for that event.
