Average regular unleaded prices have been rising since Wednesday 1 July with the halving of the fuel excise discount.
Prices expected to rise a further 3 cents per litre in Sydney over the next week or so. Regional price increases in the order of at least 6 cents per litre will take longer to pass through - It is dependent of when retailers replenish their stock.
Average regular unleaded prices – 165.4 cents per litre – have fallen 92.4 cents per litre from the 30 March high of 257.8 cents per litre.
The average price increase for E10, Premium 95 and Premium 98 are as follows:
Sydney’s current average diesel price at 187.7 cents per litre. Price rises in the order of 6-8 cents per litre - expected over the next few weeks.
The current average LPG price in Sydney is 114.4 cents per litre – up 0.4 cents per litre this past week.
